BASICS
Basic physical conditions required to compact soil.
VIBROCOMPACTION METHOD
Method in which the vibroflot penetrates the soil with the addition of a water-air mixture. In this method, the local material is densified in the lower area of the vibroflot. As materal is consumed a crater is formed at the surface that is either backfilled or leveled.
VIBRATORY TAMPING PROCESS
Process in which foreign material is added via a material pipe after the desired penetration depth has been reached.
