Due to constantly evolving technical and legal frameworks, it may be necessary to update this privacy policy.

If the legal basis is not stated in the privacy policy, the following applies

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) EU General Data Protection Regulation (“EU GDPR” ) serves as the legal basis.

When processing personal data that is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) EU GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures.

Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c) EU GDPR serves as the legal basis.
In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. d) EU GDPR serves as the legal basis.

If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) EU GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.

The data processed by us will be deleted or restricted in their processing in compliance with the statutory provisions, in particular in accordance with Art. 17 and 18 EU GDPR. Unless expressly stated in this privacy policy, we delete data stored by us as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose. Data will only be deleted beyond the point in time at which the purpose no longer applies if it is required for other and legally permissible purposes or if the data must continue to be stored due to statutory retention obligations. In these cases, processing is restricted, i.e. blocked and not processed for other purposes.

For the informational use of our website, it is generally not necessary for you to actively provide personal data. Rather, in this case we only collect and use the data that your Internet browser automatically transmits to us. This includes

Date and time of accessing one of our web pages;
your browser type;
the browser settings
the operating system used
the last page you visited
the amount of data transferred and the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.);
your IP address.

The data is stored on our servers. We do not store this data together with personal data other than that specified above. The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user’s computer. For this purpose, the user’s IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. In addition, we create so-called log files. The log files created are stored to ensure the security of our information technology systems. No personalised analysis of the data, in particular for marketing purposes, takes place.

The processing of the aforementioned data is technically necessary for the provision of a website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b), lit. c), lit. f) EU GDPR in order to display our website correctly and to ensure stability and security. In particular, the purpose of creating log files is to be able to detect attacks on our systems. We delete server log data from our systems after 7 days at the latest.

The processing of your data in the context of contacting us via contact form, e-mail or telephone takes place, depending on the content of the enquiry, on the basis of your (presumed) consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) EU GDPR, or in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) EU GDPR, insofar as the contact is in connection with (pre-)contractual fulfilment obligations. When contacting us via our form, we only require an email address so that we can respond to you as quickly as possible. So that we can address you personally, you can voluntarily provide a name.

We will delete your contact enquiries immediately after processing, unless statutory retention periods require further storage.

In some cases, we use external service providers who are bound by our instructions to process your data. These have been carefully selected and commissioned by us and are regularly monitored. The commissions are based on agreements on order processing in accordance with Art. 28 EU GDPR. The processors do not carry out any independent processing for their own purposes.

To operate this website, we use a hosting provider who processes inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta and communication data of visitors to this website on our behalf and on the basis of our legitimate interests in the efficient and secure provision of this online offer in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f), 28 EU GDPR.
